Just checked one of my 1000 mah 3S batteries on a small 100 watt motor against a different brand 1000 mah battery. 55 watts versus 100 watts. All I can say is buy good batteries, it makes a difference. spend a dollar or two more.

The battery is NOT 125A, The battery will support up to a 125A draw from a motor source. Dean's are underated @ 60A of current, but will actually support about 80A of continuous current. Most 1/8 scale ground R/C or large planes/heli's rarely draw more than 40-60A continuous anyway.

@Blueray450 Are they waterproof ?

Can you buy them standard with Deans Ultra Plugs? Or do you have to Dean them yourself?

Thanks for the reviews. Did you ever record the initial I/R for these packs like you did for the Gens Ace? I'm specifically interested in 25-30C 6S 5000mAh Packs from Blue LiPo.

i will cut off any bullet connectors that come on any lipos i get- they get loose too easy and if a bullet connector isnt very tight, hard to plug in , its too loose - this has dropped a couple of my planes mid flight, intermittent battery hookup, i run Deans type now only

@heberorozco i made the mistake of getting 2 2650 mystery lipos - worst batteries i have- self puffed, no power, get hot where another wouldnt, hard to believe a brand difference makes such a difference - internal resistance
Why are you using deans ?? Deans are rated at only 60 amps .. thats a 5AH 25c battery .. thats 125 amps .. There is a reason they sent it with bullets !!!

@kevorkian123
None of the aircraft I use these with pull more than 60A average.
I do use the 4mm bullet/red jacketed plugs on my larger aircraft.
