@Nazgul001 He is a whore, of the mass murdering Debt Syndicate. The Hague & Geneva Conventions are not about who our enemy may be, it is about who WE are as a civilized nation, with an eye to who we will be in the future after a conflict or war resolves itself.

@Nazgul001 If/when Taliban performs a War Crime, the Articles possess a response & remedy. We are War Criminal right out of the gate, by excluding ourselves from the Geneva & Hague Conventions.

This is carte blanch for conducting War Crimes;
Immunity before the fact, for violation of the Articles Pertaining to the Conduct of War on Land and violation of the Articles Pertaining to the Treatment of Prisoners of War. These crazy WHORE lawyers are able and DO, justify ANTHING to please their banker masters.

The US ratified all Geneva Conventions and Protocols, under Article Six of the US Constitution. They are part of "the supreme law of the land."

I'm an Obama Democrat, but what Lindsey Graham said, and I mean every word, is true. Problem is, his own Administration, Gonzales, Addington, Yoo, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and others, with the Unitary Presidency Theory that the President can authorize anything he wants (with Bybee and Yoo agreeing by penning that the new definition of torture), and exporting torture to Gitmo and Iraq, I'm not so sure he realizes that talking about being honorable is one thing. Doing it is quite another. We didn't.

Graham is a fool. By his own words 2:02 he says that the taliban butcher our people. This isn't a state run military versus another state military. These are non-affiliated terrorists. I would have asked Graham when we can expect some type of POW exchange with the taliban. The Constitution is not a suicide pact.
