This looks pre 1970, or there abouts from the cars and the horizontal stripes on the sweaters. Do you have the year it was filmed? Do you know the types of feathers traditional for his headgear? My local chief uses red hawk feathers. Interesting shag wear, too. I think American tribes may have come from Mongolia. I'm Ojibwa on one side.
