Scam/Damage--Bragdon Appliance Repair 508 Sweetbriar Dr Norway, IA 52318-9553--Scam/Damage

They Damaged outside and inside of refrigerator AND put a HUGH 12" x 8" HOLE through the wall and said nothing and ran. Owner defends repairman saying walls are so thin it's not there fault they made a hole. Wants us to pay half of the cost to repair the damage. (1/8" drywall that can hold nails and metal objects but too thin for them I guess)

Also argues that it is not the repairman's job to move/remove an appliance to be worked on. The home owner must move it and he states the manual says so. IT DOESN'T.

We asked the repairman if he needed to move the refrigerator more to get room and he said no. It is audio recorded from the day before.

The mold that is referred to is in spots on the wallpaper only. I discovered the drywall to be free of mold but the wallpaper is getting light mold spots in different areas. We planned on removing all the wallpaper to eliminate the problem but I became injured.

The repairman did not listen when he was told how to remove the drawers and how to move the refrigerator which resulted in damage. The man in the video was not present the day before with the other repairman so he is lying to make him look good.

At the end of the video, Bragdon tries pushing my broken ribs because I am not moving fast enough for him. (I have bad ankles and feet so I can't move quick) You can see he is delayed only about 5 sec. He claims we were keeping him from leaving and holding him there.

He also refuses to fix any damage.

Expect faulty appliances from Amana and repairman that damage your home.

I have suspected cracked ribs and I am in muscle therapy but the pain problem is not getting better. The threat of being pushed caused me to tense my back and has caused great pain over the last few days and no sleep sense this incident.

We are contacting a lawyer to see what options we have. I recommend staying away from these repair people and if you are injured or elderly, have a person to protect you from this guy. There is no telling what he would do to an elderly person that can't defend themself.

In the 4 days the sense the hole, EXTREAM WATER DAMAGE is taking place to the wall and the rooms. The wall is actually visually wet now and the papers and carpet in the room are wet. It has been 100% humidity and raining outside and the temp difference is causing moisture everywhere.
