@kanguesso 50 cent is a played out pop star along with dre and eminem, i dont see them as a thugs, just corporate music adding to societys problems. now all those rappers that came from Louisiana, thats a whole different ball game .
-
@McNiceGuyDevice Yea he did but figures in rock music don't nearly go through as much criticism as figures in hip hop, thats a Fact
-
@LuxeLifestyle Lol, didn't Marilyn Manson get blaimed for the Colombine shooting?
-
@SkateBible411 it falls under the category of rock, like how gangsta rap falls under the category of Hip Hop.
-
@LuxeLifestyle that aint rock....lol that would be death metal........
-
Is Neil Prosciutto Eddie Muenster's younger brother?
-
@LuxeLifestyle Because it is much easier 4 main stream media to paint a whole generation of rap artists with 1 brush that represents the negative social stereotypes about black people in general. Rock artists in the eyes of the media have the ability to move from 1 negative end of the spectrum to a positive 1, meaning, a Rock artist who worshiped the devil & cannibalism can one day decide to hang it up & simply be "Celebrity". A rap artist on the other hand will always be viewed as a "Thug".
@reppinphillip2k9 modern day rap aint rap, it pop lol

lol, Rap is violent but rap is also conscious, but No one ever talks about how Violent Rock music can be as well (Devil Worshipping/ Cannibalism) and also conscious, why is only the negative side of rap played down?
