Chris Bambery - Respect Conference 2007

Chris Bambery, West London, said that the establishment demonise the working class, Respect must be the voice of the voiceless, the working class people who society has written off, Respect must be proud to organise with the working class. We must also must fight for women's right to choose, and there should no further decrease in the upper time limit for abortion.

I am not written off, how long before we got "diversity" I remember being at a SWP meeting where a female speaker from an abortion clinic was joking and I kid you not, that the foetus' of aborted children were just "flushed down the drain" this made me sick. there is never any personal responsibility, the working class are nothing but victims, if only life was as simplistic as you say it is.
