405 x 10 reps Bench Press (Raw) on
11-6-07.
This was my first bench workout since the IPF/NAPF Bench Press Championships. I took it easy and did not push hard. The 405 x 10 reps is 3 sets with 3, 3, and then 4 reps.

Nice to see a normal guy pushing that kind of weight rather than a roid pumped knob. I weigh 13 stone and have pushed 308 for 1 rep (did a couple of yrs back reckon I cud do more but get nervous lol). I did 253 10 reps on a decline earlier this week. My aim is 200kg or 440lbs one day it seems a nice round figure lol. Kepp up the good work (o:
