senorita2006 - not really. Looked like she used the right amount of salt. Remember this curry will be eaten with rice.
BTW, Thanks for this great recipe! I've been looking for a good South Indian fish curry recipe for a while.

Wouldn't it be better to make a paste of the marinade ingredients & then rub into the fish?
