  • ROhMan you drive like me - LOVE the idea about the trucks having to stay in far right lane - imagine the uproar by the truckies if we tried to pass that@!!!!!

The villa was very nice - how they keep the grass so greeen???

ld still rather a villa on one of the fronds though!!!!!

    hugs xxx

  • Jodie they use the diselinated water to water the grass, now is ok but in summer they pour it on. Most of the villas are really nice and they are starting to achieve nice finishes but extreme conditions age them quickly. I agree and still love beachfont. location location..sx

  • how much is for square meter a villa like that?

  • Victory Heights is the 1st community handed over in Sports City. The villa we visisted was the A1 larger 6 bedroom which is approx. 14,000sq ft plot size and 6660 sq ft built up area. There are similar villas on the market for 8.5m dhs. There are other golfing estates and several different styles being handed over at present with varying range of prices. Jumeirah Golf Estate is one I particularly like the look of. Why do you ask?
