Honda Prelude gauge cluster converted from the stock amber lighting to Blue LEDs that switch to red when VTEC is engaged. Please note that the car was on jack stands when the video was taken and the ECU is modified so VTEC kicks in at 6000RPMS as opposed to the standard engagement point.
