Clean Car Connection demos the process of how to dye a vinyl convertible top with Showroom New Black Dye. The car is a 2001 Spyder and you can see that the top is faded. Before the dye process it is important that all residue is removed from the top. Using Fresh Start 2000 All Purpose cleaner, 2 oz to 30 oz water or 2 oz. Fresh Start 2000 to 10 oz of water if the top is heavily soiled.

The dye is applied with a roller and shop towel. This Convertible Dye Kit can be purchased at our Ebay store: Clean Car Connection Detailer Store.
