  • I believe that this particular home was right at $276,600.00 all in. A little hard to tell exactly as they usually want lots of data about you before they give up the info.

  • this sounds like bob barker

  • how much is it cash including fondation?

  • HOW MUCH IS MONTH PAYMENT FOR HOUSE

  • Tell you what i been setting modulars for almost two years and i have to say yes they are better then a stick builted home and a lot faster to build our set crew set a house in 3 hours thats clean up too

  • Here's what can go wrong:

watch?v=hPa6ZMfl5OIbe careful of the site crew.

  • pretty much the same thing in the end. Modular can be built quicker and in some ways is stronger and more wind resistant as it uses MODULES and it built to be transported. Overall SOME unusual designs you cant do in total modular construction, but that is only VERY unusualy floor plans. The one I owned was definetely stronger as it had all 2x6 walls with hurricane straps on walls and roof connections and a DOUBLE marriage wall with sheathing.

  • Yes Excel sells to the builder in our case was rotten. However when we had problems with plumbing "not to Code"marginal wiring that was done at the factory.

Ours is about same size as yours bit bigger but we have been in ours 5 years so I know of the things I speak.

  • can anybody compare traditional building VS modular construction?

I am looking for a SWOT analysis:

    Strengths

    Weaknesses

    Opportunities

    Threats

Thank you and all the best

  • I think you are mistaken in blaming Excel as being hard to deal with. typically Excel only sells the home to your builder, and the builder is the one responsible for finish work, and dealing with any issues you may have. We just had a 2400 sf Excel home delivered to us 2 weeks ago, and besides a few items that were wrong (nothing that can't be remedied), the house is excellent. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.
