  • waht does that say behind your head. day without laughter.... i couldnt see it it was behind your head. oh man i would have felt sucky with just one pound but excited i lost something... ya know?

  • Oh, and don't worry too much about the real world choices. Your mind and body will change a lot between now and then. :) Plus, when people are on these types of diets, we're not supposed to stop and then start eating normally, we actually taper off the packaged meals, and then slowly add in fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc. So when I worry abou tthat too, I remember I'll have several MONTHS that I will be transitioning where I can work on that, too.

    We can do it! :)

  • I have YET to see anyone who HASN'T had a week where they only lost a pound (or less) even when they were doing everything correctly. Bodies are totally weird like that. :)

In addition, I have noticed that even when I'm not losing weight, it's like my body is spending time shifting weight around!

And don't forget...Celebrate! :-D This is still one whole pound (3,500 calories) that you won't have to burn off in the future!

    You're doing great!

    :-D

  • Hey, a pound is still a pound!! I get frustrated when I only lose one pound too... but we have to stop that!!

  • I know that it can be frustrating when you only lose a pound or two..but those weeks happen. I know that you'll stay focused. when my weight loss slows down, I hit the walking and workouts harder. I think its the weeks that I have small losses that help motivate me more than the weeks I lose 5 lbs or more. keep rockin' staci!!
