Nice vid.. What mixture do you run? What type oil? Standard exhaust? I fitted the NGK Iridium sparkplug and got another 1100rpm on top on my Banshee SHO.. :)

@dshizzle898 You'll probably have to replace the clutch.. You have glazed the clutch-pads, so that the friction is almost gone..

Ask on Pocket Bike Planet in the air cooled section. If your Giiovani is an air cooled Chinese engine based of the industrial engine design it'll never go like this Banshee. I know because i've tried modifying them myself. You can get good results but for the money spent it's like trying to polish a turd. At the end of the day you end up with a shiny turd.

did you tweak this bike up? and what fuel is it running on?
RacoTaco 4 years ago
Yeah the bike is tweaked.
Modified port timing. Squish at .48mm, BZM pipe, Modified reed block with polini reeds. O ring head with higher compression dome.
Fuel used is my standard mix of 98 RON BP Ultimate premium unleaded with a 33:1 mix of Castrol TTS 2 cycle oil
That's the main stuff.

nice. I got the Z1. Puting a alcohol conversion on it as soon as the order comes in.

Very nice. It'll be interesting to see how that performs. Be aware that in most places you can't use Methanol in racing as it's considered too dangerous. The reason being that in the event of a fire you can't see the flames as methanol burns with a clear invisible flame.
