As requested by some, I tried to do as many pushups as I could. Keeping the reps clean, this was tougher than I would have guessed. Reaching 100 reps with correct form and clean reps is really an outstanding achievement. Still waiting to see that video here on Tube :)

btw, around 30 seconds I realized I could clock my 1 minute record, so I picked up the pace. (It might look like I speed up the video, now that I look at it, but it's not the case, I can assure you :) And even still, getting 100 reps in 1 minute is absolutely crazy!

Thanks for Ronald Jenkees for great new tune!

  • Damn your such an inspiration. And this was almost 3 years ago. Could you post a new vid?

  • @jdbigkitty75 , Thanks dude! I am at my heaviest body weight atm, so I probably wouldn't break my own record. However I have made new vids of my gym lifts and couple of them are coming soon from a competition of different repetition exercises :)

Maybe in the summer when I cut my weight a little bit, I will post the 100 push up proper form record ;)

  • @termis2 Sweet. I'll get there one day. Sittin around 60 now. Congrats on the Mayor's Open btw. I've been following those vids

  • @jdbigkitty75 , thanks for the grats! :)

  • @ApocalypticRedIX , thats good, but you should probably take on some martial arts lessons also ;)

  • @termis2 i was on my way to my friend's house during the night, i ran across these 3 punks threatening to beat me up, i got mad as hell and needed some sort of inspiration to workout and get in shape in case i have to ever get into a street fight and defend myself in the future, and this video is the one

  • Good to see someone using proper form

  • great job but if you're gonna take more then 1.5 sec for the next rep, its usually better to just stop and start over again in a couple hours

  • wow ur very strong

  • @shagy2k5 Well just because you can go longer doesnt mean its a better workout for example. its better to do 10 reps of your max weight. then 30 reps of a weight that you can do easy. Because the 10 really hard ones work your muscles more.

  • i remember watching this video years ago and loving the song. so i scoured the internet to find it and here it is:) amazing workout song

  • By doing these can you improve on your military style push ups? I can do 45 of these but only 15 military style. I also feel that doing these regular ones give me a better work out because I can go longer.

  • I love your back and chest.
