@rpresser They can't swim because the size of their cuttle bone on the underside of their bodies is too small to allow them to float as the bigger ones do. Their arms that do the rippling motions can not support their weight enough to swim without a larger cuttle bone.

@rpresser This is not a fish so its not much of a swimmer and its poisoned so it doesnot have to swim away from predators. It is a flamboyant cuttlefish thats from the cepholopoda familie.

@hellmonstervideo Look at any of the hundreds of other cuttlefish videos on Youtube. Not one of them shows a cuttlefish walking on the bottom. They are always swimming, with that rippling motion.

@rpresser Yeah you are right on that one, only thing i can say is that its poisoned and doesnot have to swim, it can swim but doesnot feel like it. hahaha cheers!
