this company is gone very slow dispatching goods any time of year and even when items are in stock,customer service is appalling they dont respond to emails or phone calls so im buying elsewhere in future,company is gone too big to care about customer

When its dispatched, take it up with Royal Mail or the company you used choose to deliver it.

Though for Xmas, they are stupidly busy... I'm still waiting on some tyres I ordered a few days ago, still not dispatched.
