thanks... it happens to me 4 times in a month and i had to wait 12 hours to let the battery down so it close by it self and now i got the trick . thank a lot ...:)

Hey. I have one small little issue. I always try to do the Home+Sleep button together but I always keep activating the Screenshot rather than this Reset. Any comments?

@SuperMfreeman dude you connect the itouch to the comp hold the power button and home button and then it will turn off and then u let go of the power button on top but have itunes open then it will pop up and hold the home button til u click restore and til it says its preparing the itouch

I have an ipod touch 16g and my computer cant tell its an ipod when u plug it in, i think its bricked and the screen is stuck at the plug into itunes, but i cat restore it cause my computer will not recognize it

if anyone can help me i just jailbroke my ipod and i installed something and it said reboot on the bottom of the screen so i clicked it now its black and it wont even show the apple symbol if u hold the home butten and plug it in if anyone can help me u wud be a life saver!!!!!!!!!!! Plzz
