WOW!!! Congratulations! Two years is a long time to be able to maintain post-surgery success : ) You should be so proud! And that is AMAZING that your blood pressure is better than it was when you were on meds. That is a huge victory in this and probably is adding years to your life because your heart is so much healthier : ) YAAAAAYYY!! Happy Surgiversary, Doug!!!!!

Congratulations. It sounds like the surgery really has transformed your life and you're doing well with it. The lower blood pressure is a big thing in my book. I hope to eventually get mine down too.

6 months no scale? That's awesome Doug...that shows you live how you should and don't have to worry about fluctuating TOO much. Happy surgiversary!!!!!!!!!!! :)
