Entitled 'Papers,' the new PSA warns that if a person is taking drugs, they should not think of driving. The PSA depicts a seeming conversation between a package of rolling papers and a young person who has just toked.
'If you're high, you can't drive!' is the message Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD Canada) wishes to emphasize with young Canadians in the weeks and months ahead. The anti-impaired driving group is raising awareness to the dangers of toking and driving with the release of a new public service announcement television spot.
