How to Cup Beat

It is 4.30am. I still can't sleep =( Guys I need some sleeping remedies...

This is a really random video....But cupbeating is always fun ^_^
There are different ways of doing it, you can slam the table instead but I thought it will be fun to slam the cup instead (well...candle) You can change the temp I kinda just did mine nice and slow cz I'm a mega noob...
