@cultofmao Good job, you know your history. The "jumping bean logos" can be turned off in the settings menu, and you can hide the dock. And by customizable, I'm pretty sure I my Mac can be customized in pretty much every way a PC can.

Next time a Mac owner uses that pathetic argument, just point them to the Origin PC website and tell them to start configuring any of their machines. The prices can go EXTREMELY high. Just tell them that they had to settle for a less expensive Mac, because they couldn't afford one of those beauties.

Apple is nothing more than what Hitler was trying to achieve, suppose you bought a house and the people you bought from insisted on telling you what furniture you could put there, where you could put it, its colour and basically dictating to you, would you put up with that? So why do people think Mac is so great. I got given mine and I hate it so much particularly those annoying jumping bean logos at bottom of the screen. Aluminum is chosen by Apple because of cost savings. If you know the metals and polymers industry, you'll know that plastic is more expensive to produce. Apple uses a LOT of excuses as to why aluminum is "better," including heat dissipation. Trouble is, aluminum conducts heat better, but does NOT dissipate it. In the context of a computer case, airflow is what dissipates heat, 100%. Proof of this can be seen by researching the ill-fated Apple III, made of aluminum.
