http://www.FullTiltLife.com and Kings of the Street present a highlight clip. There is a massive difference between an open class full power bike like the Hayabusa and a smaller sport tourer that is not built for speed. They might look the same generally, but they are not.

  • I own a VFR and your comments hurt my Mangina...seriously? Why did they put a VFR (which I will never sell as I love mine) against a motorcycle that was clearly made by Wile E Coyote and the Acme company (you'd have to have balls of steel to ride one)?! Also, I think that this test was unfair as the VFR rider has turrets and cannot stop his throttle arm from flapping..dumbest shootout I've ever seen.

  • @aminevich Okay. That was an amusing comment, I grant you. This little matchup continues to rile people up. I've stopped replying to comments as they are a little repetitive.

BTW, I've got a Smart Car vs. Veyron coming up. Bet ya can't wait, right?

  • god youre an idiot. first, theres a 500cc difference in the size of the engine. how could anything POSSIBLY keep up with such a displacement disadvantage? second, the busa is made for outright speed, the VFR is made as a "best of both worlds" bike between a sportbike and a touring bike. next time, just be more of a douche and compare your busa to a ninja 250.

  • Horrible match up... Super sport vs. Sport tour?

  • All sport bikes are clearly not created equal, but VFR is a "Sport Touring" + its a 800 not 1300!!!

  • I have a VFR and I love it. I still like this video though. The Hayabusa is an awesome machine and pitting it against the VFR isn't a bad idea for a demo of just how quick the Suzuki is. The Honda's hardly a baby, after all, so this shows what you can do with a few more cc.

That's a pretty flappy elbow on the Honda rider though. He should see someone about that.

  • Put Kevin Schwantz's 1993 Suzuki RGV500 against a Hayabusa. Even with nearly triple the displacement, and 18 years of development, the 'busa would look like a fucking rhinocerous on iceskates.

  • my money's on the Ninja 250................but seriously, I make a steady diet of destroying Busa's on my VFR. Sorry for U that believe the hype.

  • @chris71mach1

Well, to be fair, a Jap 600 sport bike would destroy a Harley, so it's not just displacement that matters.

  • How about you do a video comparing the Hayabusa to the BMW S1000RR. Because clearly all bikes are not created equal...

  • No shit? The GSX1300R is faster than the VFR 800? Well, whodathunkit... Are you going to do another video comparing a Vespa to the 'Busa? "Well, since they both have two wheels, you might think that they are equally fast, but even when we give the Vespa a 2 minute head start the 'Busa easily overtakes it." No shit, Sherlock. Guess what? People don't buy a VFR because they are insanely fast, they buy them because you can ride one all day without needing a chiropractor.
