Directgov introduce feedback

The UK government website, Directgov, will be introducing user feedback forms from the end of March 31 2010. Simon Nixon gave the news at the end of the workshop hosted by Consumer Focus, in London on March 15 2010, to explore how to ensure that the consumer interest is placed at the heart of the design and delivery of digital public services so that they are more efficient, accessible and better quality.
