@StrawberryCupcake23 I'm probably the best person to ask for his age other than Tite Kubo. He is younger than Rukia...Rukia said she's lived 10 times as long as Ichigo and Ichigo is 15. Multiply 15 by 10 and you get 150. The way I see it he's somewhere in between 90 and 130.
