why u people talk so much shit...MMA its not even a martial art..i love MMA because its a fighting sport with less rules...the most of MMA greates champion before getting in MMA sport were in sambo,judo,wrestling,bjj,karat
e,muay thai,kickboxing etc...so come on stop being fucking ignorants -
I think sanshou is one of the best arts to start with before mma. If Americans have wrestling, Japanese and brazilians have judo and jujitsu, Russians have sambo...I think these guys also have something to share..Cung le is now a great result of this art...this art has great takedowns without the gi...I've been thrown by these guys...I've been in judo for 4 years now but never been so humiliated when they took me down...I salute the art of Asians....really great...

Why do people think this is stupid? It's MMA without the grappling! I'm sure many San Shou schools teach Chin Na/grappling and in any case, in a real fight you want to keep on your feet

Can't we all just agree that mma and sanshou are both great sports which bring their individual aspects to the table rather than throwing in political beliefs and profanity into something pure and beautiful like martial arts.
