if you want to make it a little harder workout and really blast your forearms,hands and shoulders use a 2-3 inch piece of pvc pipe and around a 10 foot piece of cord and hold it as high as possible try to hold your hands straight out as high as the workout will alloy where the weight is still on the ground then proceed with the workout roll all the way up then all the way back down great vids bro.
Holy shit that is weird, I built mine like very similar to yours. I got the same dowel, and drilled a hole in it too, and used the same rope as you hahaha except its yellow and red. But still the same type of rope. Good stuff.
