Xtremecoasters proudly presents Iron Dragon from our 2004 season. Video credit to Coasterjunkie and Twinturbvr4. Iron Dragon is one of the few suspended coasters in the world. Suspended coasters did not really stand a chance as the Inverted coaster which followed less than a decade later could do things such as loops and twists which was just not possible on a suspended coaster. As such, suspended coasters were not really pushed to there limit before they ceased production. Iron Dragon is known as one of the weaker suspended coasters out there, but its terrain design is unique to Cedar Point, and as such it is the only one of its type in the world. Cedar Point is in Sandusky Ohio. Its a great park. 17 fantastic coasters, and the whole park is surrounded by the lakes beaches, so you can chill on the beach if you have enough of the rides (Cedar Point is pretty much on an island itself).

I really love this ride. It's gracefull and pleasent. Plus, it gives some excellent views of Mantis, TTD, and Corkscrew.

This reminds me of XLR8 it was a ride at Six Flags Astroworld in Houston, Texas but they tore the park down.. :(

Its in the middle of Mantis (a stand up B&M coaster) and Top Thrill Dragster, the former tallest and fastest rollercoaster in the world. Which one are you wanting to know about that?

this is absolutely NOTHING compared to the top thrill dragster! the top thrill dragster is the most scariest ride i ever went on!!!! it is ridiculous
