This is a portrait of my Godson, Maddox Wesley Simpson drawn as a gift for his mum and my best friend Sam. Took me approximately 2 hours to draw and i used a range of H and B pencils and a putty rubber! 2 hours in less than 5 minutes! hope you enjoy! please comment rate & subscribe!^^^ :)

very nice, I notice alot of people start with the eyes.....any particular reason why?just curious

hey, thanks. i tend to start with the eyes and work outwards because it makes me feel more in control of the piece.other artists might say different but i basically do it to get the proportions correct. Also I feel that you identify someone initially by their eyes, because no pair are the same... thanks for watching!
