Just to let u kno the 420a motors were also put in the non turbo eclipses but he's right about the srt4 motor. I should know I live right down the street that built all the srt4s and my gfs step dad works there.

oh wtf!? evo is awesome! but i admire the power the srt4 has to offer, and its quiet impressive! im an evo fan but im more than sure ill own a srt4 as well. both nice cars.

go evo, and for all u guys on the srt dick riding, ive seen numerous evos spank your precious car, ive seen a few srts spank a couple evos, mods aside there similar in power, and mainly only reason why your car stands a chance is going from a roll and driver mod, those can both go either way. So stop with the whaa about how ur car is soo much better, and to be honest i havent met an srt thats beat me. So go spend money on ur car if u dont want it to get beat.

@Deathcore4L The engine in the SRT-4 is a Chrysler (ONLY) 2.4L DOHC. Its not a 420a. 420a is a damn 2.0 L, and the 420a is still a Chrysler (DSM) engine. The SRT-4's engine code is a Chrysler (Mopar) A853 with a Mitsubishi Turbo. Thats the only Mitsi part of the SRT-4's; just the turbo-fold. 420a is in the Talon, Neon (Mopar). 4G63 is in the Eclipse.

@SRT4TJ dude, you are the moron. Let ME educate YOU. If there is a wiki page, I havnt seen it. I frequesnt the forums, and the thought that I may have taken advice from you is disturbing. The engine you are refering to, in the stratus, is SOHC, totally different engine man. And for you to say PVO was dissolved, that is still what it is known as internally. Its even branded on the srt4's instrument cluster (ONLY mfg after 2002). ...but you knew that.

@starionboi 420a was never a mitsubishi motor it was chyslers motor that they put in the talon and eclipses the mitsubishi motor was the 4g63 not the 420a
