Level Z, the apple did not fall far from the tree!
With the stallion Level Z Studfarm Zangersheide offers the breeders the opportunity to use the valuable blood of the stallion Levisto Z (Leandro). Under Judy-Ann Melchior, Levisto Z developed into a top class show jumping horse in the international sport. Levisto Zs dam Hirtin (Carolus I) caused sensation in the international show jumping sport by the name of Chica Bay. The international show jumping stallions Clinton I (Thomas Voss) and Clinton II (Song Sang-Wuk) are full brothers of Levistos dam. On his dams side Level Z carries the blood of Bachus Z, a stallion who also caused sensation in the international show jumping sport for Studfarm Zangersheide. Ridden by Jos Lansink, Bachus Z won, amongst other things, the Grand Prix in Hamburg, Amsterdam and Maastricht. By the combination of Levisto Z with the mare H-Ballerina, the progenitor Calypso I was united with his full brother Calypso II. The line on the dams side goes back via the blood of the stallions Fontan, Rushing Waters xx and Heimkehrer. This relatively small Holsteiner lineage 5330 is also known for the licensed stallion Federsee (Fier de Lui Z).
