This treaty is completely irrevelant.. And so far as Russia-US relations go, they are far from good. Meanwhile, Russia and China are preventing the world from stopping Iran from developing nukes.. china because it wants cheap Iranian oil deals, Russia because it wants to be rewarded for cooperating. Both are acting irresponsible and selfishly. May I add that both countries also are to a degree responsible for Iran having the technology and hardware to produce its program in the first place.
