  • Ask any manager he's worked under and they all say that he's one of the most talented midfielder they have worked with

But seriously as a fan we have only seen flashes of his brilliance and if its because of his leg break then I feel sorry for the guy but he either needs to perform this season or we need to sell him.

He's had 27 injuries in his last 3 years hasn't played more than 10 games without being injured.

He either performs or he should be sold a lot like Eduardo

  • Shit, shit, shit, better, good, AMAZING, injured for 2 months. Then repeat.

    The story of his life.

  • @FameAU Thats exactly what i think as well! He's never had the chance to get into his stride, like van persie is now, because of all his injuries, JUST like van persie :(

  • @indaks007 Eduardo's case was different. During his spell injured we changed from a 4-4-2 to a 4-4-3 and Eduardo wasn't comfortable anywhere in the system - unable to influence the game from the front and distinctly uncomfortable out wide. It didn't take him long to find form again after his move to Donetsk. Diaby is the kind of player that Arsenal have been desperately missing over the last few months, with the flair and technique to link the deeper-lying Song and Arteta with RvP.

  • really elegant graceful skilful player. should be in our first team when fit.

  • Nice work man!

  • @watagwaan1 Hes injured.

  • @logicbloke how can you work on passing and tackling if you're injured all the time?

  • just think of how much development he has missed by never playing. he could've been a worldbeater by now. But the reality is that he has missed loads of development, is extremely injury ridden, has a high salary compared to how much he plays, and needs a few games in after he returns to get into stride.

Is that affordable? I dont think so... as talented as he is, there are others who can give arsenal so much more.

  • he was like the black zidane, arsene should seriously think about sticking him in the squad around now!!!

  • Abou Diaby is one of the best midfielders in the EPL. He's not been playing alot because of injuries, but that used to be Van Persie aswell.
