@DrFizz28 But he writes his own music, he doesn't play classical guitar with a pick, he plays classical esque music on an electric guitar. And he does get hate!
Also sweeping with a pick is less impressive (althought a very impressive talent regardless!) as sweeping finger style takes alot more precision, if you played finger style it would be difficult to pickup a pick just to sweep. For pick-style players doing this stuff regularly makes it seem very "guitary" again that's not bad!

why are people hating on playing with a pick? Malmsteen plays a classical guitar with a pick and he gets no hate for that.

@jimmyEADG Because I didn't know how to appreciate the time and effort someone took into making this. I personally don't like using picks, and know many ways to get the same tone with your fingers, but this guy deserves some cred. Really he just looks like a guitarist with a bass in his hands

its funny how this guy does some sick sweeping that not 3/4 of these guys can do, and instead of complimenting him, all they do is bitch about the pick. crying about the pick is just a lame excuse to try and make him seem sucky, but in fact from personal experience, sweeping is WAY harder with a pick, so go fuck yourselves.

Pick hate is funny. It's so pathetic. It doesn't matter what you play with, as long as it sounds good. And this does.
