Was this Perkins Palace? I thought it was from the last gig of the tour at Washington? Well, wherever it was recorded this is an amazing performance. The band are unbelievably tight and I think this version, with The Fabulous Jacuzzis, is even better than the original Brand X version.

This might be the best fusion song.

Very nice! I had forgotten how good Phil Collins is on drums.

The original studio recording is from 1979. This live version is indeed from 1982, and was played as part of the encore during this, his first solo tour and also on the No Jacket Required Tour in 1985, when the band was known as the Hot Tub Club. Daryl Stuermer plays guitar on this version, and The Phenix Horns (from Earth, Wind & Fire) are prominent here.
