Apple Expo '07 - Wacom Cintiq - Demo Photoshop

Il prodotto in assoluto migliore di tutto l'Apple Expo e' stato sicuramente la Wacom Cintiq. Si tratta di un monitor da 21" dotato di un'interfaccia "touch-screen" estremamente precisa e sensibile tanto che, usato con una penna ed in posizione orizzontale, permette di disegnarci direttamente sopra: un vero foglio di carta digitale! Quando invece e' in verticale diventa a tutti gli effetti un monitor normale, utilizzabile come secondo o addirittura terzo schermo. La bontà del prodotto e' garantita dall'esperienza acquisita nel tempo (questa e' infatti la terza generazione della serie Cintiq) e dal nome Wacom, sul quale ogni commento e' superfluo.
L'unica vera difficoltà nel capire se questa "tavoletta" ci serva o meno e' immaginarla al lavoro sotto le nostre mani: sarebbe quantomeno scocciante scoprire di non averne bisogno dopo aver speso la bellezza di 3000 euro!
A tal fine ho fatto due filmati durante la fiera, riprendendo un grafico mentre la usava.

I have the wacom tablet he has on the table next to the one he is using...and i have to say...don't buy it if you don't know how to draw. It's been collecting dust ever since i found out it doesn't come with the skills lol

Man I'm still saving for my cintiq, I love my intuos but the cintiq is so amazing T_T its so expensive though!

@maryamsm just an update...i get so many msgs saying send it to me...the answer is NO. I'm used to it collecting dust, it comforts me. I sleep better at night knowing it's here with me believing in me that one day i will plug it in again!

@bmthxbfmvxwtk yea, i've heard things like, u cant set the colors right, and holding it on your lap gets annoying quickly.

im just saying, cause i know how i fantasize about things i believe to be fantastic, and when i do get them i get bored quickly and they are just sitting somewhere gathering dust. cause they were not what i was expecting.

@bmthxbfmvxwtk a lot of people who bought the Cintiq regret ever having bought it. they say its tiresome to use, and wish they had bought an Intuous instead and saved the money.

be careful u dont make that mistake. test it if u can for some time before u buy it.
