New Tomb Raider vs Old Tomb Raider

Some of us TR fans prefered the older games. So, this is a bit of a P-take of Tomb Raider Legend. I made this a while ago, so the sound quality isn't that great. Hope you see the funny side of it; unlike those who chose not to.

I just loaded Legend up, and I can see a real cock-up.
This game it is an awful mess, this isnt Lara at her best.
Where is the side-flip, wheres the dare, what have they done to Laras hair?
Oh my god!

I can do some Matrix moves; this isnt really that much news.
And Lara puts her guns away just as I need to blast away.
And wheres my health packs, wheres my flares?
Back-pack items are so scarce.
Oh my god!

Auto-grab and mess it up; the yellow hand will help you up.
Miss the rope but dont despair, youll re-align while in mid-air.
And target baddies with your gun, and watch as Laras on the run - the other way!

Now were back into the game, Ive fallen from the bridge again.
Bugger! Let me load it up - but what is this? Im out of luck,
The check-point was before that part and I can really not be arsed to play it all again!

Ran into a boss today, but Lara couldnt get away.
She run out of her health you see, coz she can only carry three.
And now shes used her ammo up, so I am really out of luck.
SEND ME A SAVE!!!!

Going back to Venice soon to end this game of doom and gloom,
Crystal D this is a sham, our Lara is now shadow man.
This isnt TR, its not cricket,
I suggest you go and stick it, where it hurts!

AoD was a terrable game, which is why core gave up, yes they gave up, they didnt get hacked like so many people think they did, the games were awesome until AoD

and the games after that were great to, shes still lara, why is every one still obsessed with the old graphics and gaming, the old games will die down soon CD games are good, if youd give them a chance, i hated legend too, but i played it and i love the CD games

@MovieMakers100 - i don't think it's about liking the old graphics, it's the control and camera issues and the child-like gameplay i didn't like. If you check out the next gen level editor games, you will get superb quality graphics as well as the old style controls :-)

@Moonpooka i understand what you mean but like i said lara is still lara, and this is a little over board, they really are great games, just give them a chance, and the story line isnt much diffrent, she wants to know who killed her parents, natla did

but if you just get used to the controls its would be better

and yes ive seen TRLE games (tomb raider level editor)

@MovieMakers100 - They are great games for those who like them, and not so for those who don't. I don't thinlk you will ever be able to demand what folk do and do not like :-) As for the vid, IMO, it's a light hearted opinion of my experiences while playing the game. I could have just said IMO they are shit :-)

Actually the game didnt got hacked, nor did core give up. They had a tight money and time limit which eidos made up. aod was my favorite, although there were a lot of glitches and unfinished projects it wasn't the fault of core.

@Moonpooka i agree with you. the new games are shit, well.. i like anniversary, i got the hang of legend, but thought it was far too easy, and not intense enough. i hated underworld fullstop!
