OAKOS WRX Launch Control Tests

Here is some testing of the TurboXS UTEC launch control program on our shop car. I had it set to 5,000 RPMs and it builds boost to about 8-10 PSI while waiting to launch. It's great fun and it sounds cool too. The car has a VF22 turbo, OAKOS downpipe, Bosal midpipe, TXS TMIC, pink injectors, TXS intake, Samco hoses, Prodrive muffler the UTEC to control it all.

To enable the LC you need to have the clutch switch hooked up to the map selector switch for the UTEC. Then just turn it on within the parameters menu of the UTEC interface. Set it to whatever RPM works best (or you're comfortable with :D ) and away you go!

would you still be shooting flames like that if it was fully catted?

I don't think so. I think the cats will suppress the flames. :(

We have the TurboXS UTECs in stock if you want LC like this. It's a pretty flexible system and we have an overstock special on them right now! :)
