Some onboard footage of my latest RC plane flight with the E-flite Apprentice 15e RTF at Kempton Park Model Flying Club in Sunbury-on-Thames.

It was a very breezy evening making for some interesting film. There are some very tight turns that I would not have been able to acheive in regular conditions etc. There are also a couple of external camera clips.

It took two attempts at landing; on the first approach the wind suddenly picked up and so I had little control over the aircraft - I had to go around. On the second attempt - I got it on the ground but there were still heavy winds; a little crosswind and a heavy headwind. This resulted in a rough landing in which I landed the aircraft with a slight wing tip strike on the ground and it almost stopped instantly. I was happy that the plane came down, still in one piece!

Enjoy some very interesting film of the scenery around the racecourse and of the flight heavily influenced by the winds. On a few occasions towards the end of the video, another model model can be seen in flight near my aircraft.

The camera I used was the Mini Fly DV which records video and sound in very high quality considering the size of the device which I could tape onto the aircraft with no effect on the aircraft performance.

Please rate thumbs up, comment, favourite, share and subscribe to my channel for more videos. More RC videos to come in the future! Including more and better onboard footage. I would like to try the camera in a different position and fly the aircraft out further and also for longer. Conditions that day made this difficult to acheive. Hopefully, I will also get some footage of a perfect landing!

Thanks for Watching!
