Video Diary 1: Whoopi Goldberg Meets Patina Miller

Sister Act The Musical's first ever webisode.

At New World Stages in New York, Patina Miller, who will take on the role of Deloris Van Cartier, meets Whoopi Goldberg for the first time.

As Producer of the upcoming London stage show and former Deloris in the 1992 film, Whoopi Goldberg gives Patina, the new leading lady, advice as she embarks on her journey to musical stardom.

This will be the first in a series of webisodes in which you can watch an exclusive interview with Whoopi and catch a glimpse of Patina singing new songs composed by Alan Menken. Stay tuned!

Seen it tonight! Amazing! Patina wasn't performing unfortunately, but the understudy was great too, and Whoopi was incredible, I loved how she portrayed Mother Superior! I'm so glad she came to London, I always wanted to meet her! And she's been really nice at the stage door, too. Hoinestly, how can you not love this woman? *-*

Why does Whoopi always dress like a homeless man living under a bridge? She always looks so frumpy, and she sounds like she smokes 3 packs of cigarettes a day. She has a tattoo on her chest! Such a classy lady!
