@randomnonsense1000 Japs are not really classified as "asians" my friend. Yes the Chinese and vietnamese have organized crime groups but never heard of Japan having a "mafia" or organized crime syndicate. Unless you can tell me otherwise? Yes asians as a whole are a smart race!

@GoldenChantarelle I just read an article about how in japan people are turning in safes thats that find even turning in raw cash(yen) to the police. In new Orleans, not one safe turned up.

Compare to the disaster in Japan unfolding right now, no looting there. Even the criminals Yakuza (Mafia) are doing help efforts, because they are skilled at getting things set up and good at logistics.
No one is whining or blaming their gvmt for not coming in time, they don't even cut in line waiting for water, except they let elderly and children ahead in line.
