After seeing this video they apologised and let me send it in again and paid up straight away. I got £35 from Mazuma as they don't take into account the condition of the device. This phone was battered, bruised and cracked and was going for £45 max on eBay new. Usually eBay would be better as you say, but in my case with this device, Mazuma was my best option.
