The station agents I have encountered are a arrogant and rude bunch of folks, I guess its the high stress of sitting on your duff all day for 30 bucks an hour

I'm sorry ignorance must be bliss for you. Or maybe you were not intelligent enough to pass the exam for station agent so that you can sit on your "duff" (Is that a real word?) all day for 30 bucks. (Again with the slang HUH?) You probably can understand that.

exam to be a station agent. LOL what a joke, duff is a word look it up. You used the word HUH that is a word used to describe confusion which is the state you are in. Also I see you guys did not strike, why not?
