For those who didn't live in New York during the reign of Rudolph W. Giuliani and only know him as the "Hero of 9/11", here's a primer on some of his more dubious accomplishments as mayor.

At 1:21, you should know that the West Side Yards of the Long Island Rail Road are designed to accomodate a stadium over them. West Side Stadium would have been built there had New York City got the 2012 Olympic Bid.

He Could not have been that bad if New York City voted him twice with over 50% of the Vote.
I mean here in England we had Tony Blair elected with only 35.3% of the vote so most of us did not want him in government.
I support Giuliani's crime policy because it's but fair I men do you want criminals to raid peoples houses including yours I don't, and that's why he won a second term in 1997.
We here in England we have a mad Labour government and a mad Mayor of London.

He's worse than a putz. And I thought Guiliani was a hero during 9/11. But he's ghoul, as in Ghouliani.
