  • @uday234 Itna to jhoot mat bolo mere dost. Delhi metro accha hain, lekin tum yeh bhi to dekho ki Hong Kong MTR is much older and it looks better too. Naturally some technologies are a bit older but they get upgraded.

  • The trains in the Delhi Metro are on par with the Hong Kong MTR and the Singapore MRT but I believe that the stations of it are somewhat downmarket compared to the places I mentioned earlier. This does not mean that the Delhi Metro is dirty, what it does mean is that overall, it is not as modern looking/visually appealing.

  • I have no idea why but Indians get far too competitive in terms of infrastructure so much to the extent that they even start claiming that theirs is far better than places like Hong Kong. I am Indian and I have seen both sides and this is certainly not the case. Infrastructure is getting world-class in India on a grand scale. However, this does not mean that it is better. We need to quit being obsessed with trying to be better than others and we should try create safe and world class things.

  • @shree711 Ek aur baat, aap zabardasti mujhe ye mat accuse karna ki India ko main hate karta hoon. Aisa bilkul nahin hain, aur main yeh maanta hoon ki Delhi

Metro ne bahut accha kaam kiya hain. Bas main sirf ye keh raha hoon ki MTR uss se kahin zyaada behtar hain.

  • @uday234 Oi, I completely disagree with you and I would like to say that the Hong Kong Metro (MTR) is far superior to the Delhi Metro because their services, ridership and leadership is are much better than that of the Delhi Metro. The Delhi Metro is indeed a very good job but the fact remains that the MTR is still a leader and NOT the Delhi metro. The MTR also follows very strict safety procedures and consultation procedures meaning that they make no mistake in what they do and no fatalities.

  • These things happen everywhere I am a fan of the metro and and sreedharan

the delhi metro is a piece of art i have been in the hong kong metro also and i am telling you the delhi metro was much better than even that.Problem is Congress and bjp both care only about the number of zeroes in the swiss account

  • sreedharan ji ,aap bhi curropted logo ka shikar ho gaye ho.

  • Look at history, it will tell you that UNCONDITIONAL FREEDOM for all people is good for people and good for economy. This is pure economics we are talking about, and it has been studied: freedom is good. Some may call is laissez-faire, but it works. In that sense you may call the TRUTH a "side". It may sound unpopular, but what is right isn't always popular. I stand on the side of the truth, and freedom works for the world. India is a socialist country, and therefore is not free economy

  • Unlike you, I don't take sides. I don't care who runs things AS LONG AS THEY RUN IT RIGHT. DMRC showed that a public-sector group (yes, that's what it is...period!) could adopt strategies espoused by the corporate sector and succeed. It's unfortunate that people like you have a parochial view of such things which, I can safely assume, is derived from ill-formed opinions based on propaganda machines. Be more open-minded.

  • Yes, i HATE HATE HATE socialism, and these countries got all these nice things FROM BEING capitalist. the more laissez-faire they were THE FASTER THEY BECAM DEVELOPED
