Yes the tiger is stronger and faster, but lions are trained to fight and kill from the day they were born, like warriors. Tigers are raised to hunt and kill for feast. Lions are trained to hunt and kill as well as fight off others who threats the pack, even those of equal match. The tiger would lack confidence in a fight of equal match because they are not trained for it. In a fight like this the winner would probably vary depending on the lion and tiger, but i think the lion would usually win.

tiger is stronger than lion. they are bigger, more muscles, heavier, faster and longer canines than lions. so yeah, its a fact that tigers kicks lions ass.

i cant understand why people think that the lions mane protect him. these are just hairs, not a steel shield. guys come over it, its already proven that the lions mane is just to attract females and has NO advatanges in a fight. the mane will NEVER protect the lion against a throat bite, no matter how huge the mane is.

PLUS tigers lives in THICK forest/jungle where normal eyes can't detect them, I went to Thailand on a Elephant Safari saw NO tigers. NONE.

Tiger 5 , Lion 1. (PUBLICITY) People knows a lot more about them. Shared a lot more stories, You watch Nat Geo there's about 10-12 shows that has lions while MAYBE 2-3 about Tigers. So given all those facts a normal inexperience person puts ALL that into his small little BRAIN of his and goes...LIONS WIN! Case Close...
