Since when can teenagers afford a V8 when gas is almost $5.00 bucks a gallon? Plus the insurance would be through the roof if you're under 25 and the monthly payment on the car on top of all that. Most S197 stang gt owners are not teenagers unless their parents pay for everything. I would say 1 out of 1,000 teenagers can afford to pay for all this without help. I read that the average s197 mustang gt owner is 32 years old anyway. I saw it in consumer reports a few years ago.

RWD FTW. Hell, they call the Cobalt SS/xx the Camaro Killer, but in a straight-up drag the Camaro eats the 'balt solely for the fact that it's RWD. I have an SS/SC, and with no traction control, you have to launch at 2200 RPM just to stop the tires from mangling themselves.

Still, for about 10-15k less than a sport-package 'stang, with better fuel efficiency and lighter weight, I definitely would still take my 'balt over a Mustang.

@wickedstang12 insult my car all you want. It doesnt make yours any faster. Stock for stock your car cant touch mine on a track. With the work I've done to the suspension and engine, I'll be able to take turns that would send that boat off the track.

It's no problem man. Keep talking big. I'm finally getting my header installed this weekend and I'm getting a dyno tune with 100 octane gas. That + all my other work will put me at 300 fwhp....oh shit....more than your car has at the wheels
