@dude04345 I learned the lesson the hard way, but I learned it well.

I like the video, but I think the title of the video should be changed.

@dude04345 Lol, possibly, although in every pyramid scheme in the whole of history there has been a finite amount of people, you are in early enough, I mean you've recouped your initial investment by now I suspect and you're up and running. The key to any pyramid scheme, no in fact the necessity due to leagalities and the general publics knowledge is to prove it is not a pyramid. The product is never relevant, (in this case the training) all that has relevance is bringing in new people.

@mattycbase I always appreciate opinions but I do need to point out something you just said, "the problem only comes when we run out of potential prospects in the world/social group"... It's very unlikely that would ever happen. Populations grow and new prospects are always available.
"Beachbody coaching" is just like being an "independent business owner" for Quickstar/Amway. It is all the same thing, a MLM. Even uses some of the same terminology, PV etc. Basically any business where the "independent business owner" MUST spend a certain amount of their own money each month, is a scam. The only ones making real money are the ones at the top of the "pyramid." The ones that started the marketing scam in the first place.

@MrWorldcitizen1 What is a franchise where you must invest sometimes a half million to start of your own money and requires constant money input and about 3-5 years before any profit. Beachbody is based on a Network Marketing model which is far from a scam and from my personal experience it doesn't matter when you come in, it matters how you work the business. Also, Beachbody has a real help and support system, it's not based about sales. If you simply try to sell you will not succeed.

@dude04345 You are comparing apples and oranges. MLM is not a franchise. I love when people try to justify scams with apples and oranges comparisons. Though I have found that most people will use apple and orange comparisons in an attempt to justify their beliefs. It can be seen every day, and still does not make the person making the comparison correct. Fortunately in this country, people are still allowed to believe as they wish, no matter if they are right or wrong.

@MrWorldcitizen1 Have you been part of an MLM style business model? It sounds like maybe you've had past experiences that led to a negative experience.

@MrWorldcitizen1 Scam is the incorrect word. It's not a job, it is a business. Jobs where you work for somebodies business requires no upfront but only pays wages. Business requires upfront and continual costs but can pay your profits. Tell me what business you can start for free and maintain for free? =)
