The Bank Robbery (film with playmobil)

The bandits want to mug the bank using honorable master Robatos dynamite. After they made it first, the police is heading with heli and car after them. The hot chase takes until next day. Will the bandits succeed with the money and escape with their quad?

An action loaded film including a short trailer using playmobil (TM) and a simple digital cam, working with iMovie '09 on a Macbook. This is the english version of our film project. It took us 2 days to film: the 1st and 2nd of january, where we had suddenly snow the second day! We wish nice entertainment from southern germany! :-)

Amazing work with the rubber band.

Just a few questions:

1) How did the police car go so fast?

2) How did the rotor blades on the copter keep going?

3) How did you get the camera angles?

4) How did you make the bank?

1) I'm not quite sure what scene you mean, but: we are using filmtechniques to speed up or slow down the movements. In other scenes we just pushed the car heavily.

2) we got our fingers slapped over and over against the plastic and then cut off the scenes where the fingers where shown. You might see it when you look carefully.

3) hm. How we get it? Well, we just did it. One were moving the playmo the other took the pictures or filmed with a simple panasonic cam. Was that the answer?

all the music is basically from the movie-software iMovie.

4) we just draw it at our mac in powerpoint I think, then printed it out and stick the parts togehter with some glue.
