At Glenville State, RR took over a team that was so bad, it had been shut out 8 times the previous year, and had only 35 players total on the team (5 of which had NEVER played football before college). 3 years later he ran off 5 straight conference titles and had the top offense in the league every single season.
You don't luck into that kind of turnaround, period. He's a good coach.

Everyone should shut the fuck up about Rich Rod. He's a great coach. Be patient and I can assure you, There will be a Big Ten title and a Rose Bowl in our future while he's around.
